Kelingai, Creative and Performing Arts Kuching Association is a community-based organization

dedicated to promoting, developing, and preserving art and culture in the new era especially

in the field of tattoo, handicrafts, creative arts and cultural performances in Kuching, Sarawak.

The association serves as a platform for artists, performers, and creative practitioners to

collaborate, showcase talents, and contribute to the cultural landscape of Sarawak.

Planning, developing and implementing artistic activities and culture to the community outside with full of quality.

Develop and implement art and culture in the new era especially in the field of tattoo, handicrafts, creative arts and cultural performances.
Forming an interaction center to plan, promote and coordinate art and cultural activities within Malaysian and international.
Maintaining, expanding, promoting and increasing art and culture activities to all layers of society, spreading art and culture information.
Providing art and cultural infrastructure facilities conducive and advisory services to the community.
